- All prices are plus HST.
- Needs a working ceiling outlet within 6 ft of the opener.
- Before we start, we check your door. Some doors need a reinforcement bar across the top panel so the opener doesn't bend it over time. If yours does, we tell you the price first — nothing gets added without your OK.
- Our warranty covers our work and the opener, not the garage door itself — panels, springs, cables, rollers or track. Your door must be in safe working order; broken springs or cables are quoted separately.
- Essential and Preferred suit single doors up to 8 × 7, insulated or not. For a double door (16 × 7) we recommend the full 1HP motor in Premium.
